It takes just 2 minutes to cook fluffy eggs to perfection.

Here are a few tips so that they’re perfect every time.

  1. Beat 4 eggs with 1 tablespoon of milk. The milk is all you need for major fluffiness.
  2. Use medium heat. Watch it carefully! Any higher and the eggs will cook too quickly.
  3. Rub gently into folds, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes total. Don’t stir and break up the eggs! Just rub gently occasionally until the eggs come together. Remove them from the heat when they are just set.
