  2. Eggs: The recipe below is for one serving. It cooks in just 30 seconds, so you can make the order.
  3. Water: Water helps to give a lighter and more tender texture to the eggs.
  4. Butter: It adds a nutty, savoury flavour and turns it into a lovely golden brown colour.
  5. Shredded cheese (optional): Cheese adds even more flavour: we like it with a mix of cheddar and Parmesan for the best nuance in flavour.
